Shipping Policy
This refund policy is to be used as a resource for any inconvenience between your stores and Bubora.
-ORDER CANCELLATION
All orders can be canceled until they are processed and shipped we cannot give any refund. It is no longer possible to cancel the packaging and shipping process once it has begun.
For custom items, orders cannot be cancelled as it is customized.
-REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
Our top priority is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our services. We want you to be able to confidently fulfill orders. That's why we're proud to offer 100% satisfaction guarantees, ensuring that your consumers receive their purchases on time and as advertised.
Items damaged
Bubora offers a full refund or a replacement if items arrived are badly damaged.
If the product packaging is damaged but the product itself is intact, we will not offer a full refund or a replacement your customer must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.
Wrong and missing items
Bubora has a strict quality control process before products are dispatched. Bubora will deal with incorrect or missing products as follows:
- For incorrect item, Bubora will offers a full refund or replacement.
- For items with wrong color, size which doesn’t affect product function, etc… Bubora offers partial refund.
- For parts missing which doesn’t affect product function, Bubora may refund partially or resend the missing part; for parts missing which affect product function, Bubora will resend the product only.
- For accessories, Bubora will resend the accessories.
-UNACCEPTABLE DISPUTES
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
Bubora will not deal with the refund or resend if the tracking information shows the order is already delivered (based on tracking number update).
Bubora shall not accept any unreasonable disputes, including but not limited to:
- The buyer does not like it.
- The product description is not real.
- Products smell unusual.
- The buyer ordered the wrong items.
- The shipping address was provided incorrectly.
- Product difference was negotiated in advance.
- Tracking information deleted by logistics companies or local post offices.
- Tracking Information Alert. The tracking information shows Alert, the reasons are listed as below:
- Incorrect/insufficient Address.
- No Such Number.
- Unknown recipient.
- Do not pick up in time.
- No safe delivery location.
- Uncleared customs.
Force Majeure
Bubora takes no responsibility for any product damaged or shipping delay caused by outside factors, including but not limited: epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection.
-OPENING DISPUTES
All disputes shall be opened to the following email address: disputes@bubora.com.
You will need to provide item photo or video to prove evidence of damage or incorrect product within 2 days after your client has received the product. For electronic products the dispute is 5 days.
You, as the owner of your store, have to be aware that you are in charge making refunds to your customers.
